Pig Hunting with the Peace Keeper
I received this email today and thought I'd share it with you:
Hi, just thought I'd send you an email telling you that I use a double-edged Cold Steel Peace Keeper knife for pig hunting here in New Zealand.
It's an awesome knife and I've stuck over 200 pigs in the last 5 years with your knife and never had to sharpen it!
We hunt with dogs that hold the pigs, so a good sharp knife is a must.
I hope you find the photo attached its a 140lb boar caught yesterday and dealt to with the peacekeeper.
Thanks for the awesome knife
Cheers
Daimen
Thanks Daimen, great photo!

Lynn,
I just saw Daimen's e-mail posted on his facebook page. I met Daimen while hunting at my uncle's cattle station near Wairoa, New Zealand back in 2001. If I remember right he was using a battered old bayonet and I figured after spending a couple days trying to keep up with him running the steep hills after pigs the least I could do was send him a good sticker when I got back to the states. I mailed him a Peacemaker and since then he's been using it to stick pigs all over the North Island. Thanks for making a great products.
